I came in at post. The footage arrived as raw material and I built the film out of it: the order of scenes, the pacing, where it slows down and where it lands.
The crew worked in Ufa. I worked in Ankara. Everything moved over the internet, including the last version. The premiere was on 10 June 2024 at the Rodina cinema and I watched it happen from a different country.
